What happens next
A complaint about how Likenor has used your personal data. Likenor will acknowledge it within 30 days and tell you the outcome. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
A report of misuse. Likenor acts on reports promptly. It can refuse a job, suspend or close a Likenor Cloud account, and, where the law requires, tell the police or another authority. If you gave an email address, Likenor tells you what it did, as far as it can without giving away someone else's personal data.
A picture of you made without your consent. Likenor Cloud deletes photographs, likenesses and pictures once they are delivered, and always within 24 hours, so there may be nothing left in Likenor Cloud to delete. A likeness or a picture on someone's own computer is out of Likenor's reach. If it was made with Likenor Cloud, Likenor can still act on the account that made it. If you consented through Likenor and want to withdraw, use the rights page.
A refused photograph, a refused prompt, or a suspended account. A person at Likenor looks at it again and tells you the result. A photograph refused because it seems to show someone under 15 stays refused.
A Likenor Cloud run or credits. Say which run, and what went wrong. Credits held for a run that failed or was cancelled usually go back to your balance by themselves; the terms say when they do not.
What Likenor does with what you send
Likenor uses what you send to answer you, to act on what you report, and to keep a record of what it did. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, in answering the people who write to Likenor and in keeping Likenor safe.
If you report someone, Likenor does not tell them who you are, unless the law requires it.
