Usage Policy
What this policy covers
This policy says what you may and may not do with Likenor. It applies to the application on your own computer and to Likenor Cloud. It is part of the Likenor Cloud terms, and you agree to it with the same tick.
Use Likenor only for lawful purposes
Use Likenor only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to break the law, or to help anyone else break it.
Consent comes first
Build a likeness only from photographs of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it. Make pictures of a real person only with that person's consent.
On Likenor Cloud, when the person pictured is not you, that person gives their consent to Likenor directly, and Likenor checks that the consent comes from them, before any photograph of them is used. Your own tick does not count as their consent. One person cannot consent for another.
Consent to a likeness is not consent to anything you like. Keep to what the person pictured agreed to.
The person pictured can withdraw their consent at any time. When they do, Likenor Cloud stops using that likeness, and the application stops rendering with it.
No one under 18, ever
Never add a photograph of anyone under 18 to Likenor. Never use Likenor to make a picture of anyone under 18.
Every photograph is age-checked on your computer before training, and before any photograph is sent for a cloud run.
- A photograph that seems to show someone under 15 is refused, with no override.
- If a photograph seems to show someone between 15 and 25, you are asked to confirm that the person pictured is over 18.
- A photograph with no clear face, or with more than one face, gets the same question.
Answer that question truthfully. A false answer breaks this policy.
No intimate or sexual pictures
Likenor does not make intimate or sexual pictures of anyone. Do not ask it for one, and do not try to get round the check that refuses such requests.
No harassment, deception or impersonation
Do not use Likenor to harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
Do not use a picture to deceive people about what a real person said or did, or to pretend to be someone else. Do not pass a picture off as a real photograph where that could mislead or harm someone.
Do not remove or hide a mark that says a picture was made with AI.
The picture model's own use policy also applies to every picture: Krea's use policy.
You are responsible for what you make and share
You are responsible for the photographs you add, the pictures you make, and what you do with them, including where you share them and who sees them. Check the law where you are before you publish a picture of a real person.
Credits: you see the cost first
Each Likenor Cloud run costs credits. The application shows the cost before the run starts, and nothing is charged without it. The terms say how credits are held, taken and returned.
What happens if you break this policy
Likenor can refuse a job, suspend your Likenor Cloud account, or close it. Where the law requires, Likenor may also tell the police or another authority. The terms say how you can ask for a decision to be looked at again.
Report misuse
If you see Likenor used against this policy, or you find a picture of yourself made without your consent, tell Likenor through the complaint form. You do not need an account. Likenor acts on reports promptly.
