Moving to a new computer

A licence key works on one computer at a time. To move it, open Your pass in the app on the old computer and press Release this computer, then enter the key on the new computer. If the old computer is gone, write to licences@likenor.com and the licence is released for you.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling Likenor keeps photographs, likenesses and models in the Likenor Data folder in local application data. Delete that folder to remove them.

What not to send

Do not attach the training photo folder. Do not upload photos to this website. There is no form that accepts images. If a log is needed, support will ask for a specific file, not a photo set.
